The Medford High School Modern Music Ensemble is a collaboration of multiple genres. Each member is a piece of the musical puzzle, bringing in influences such as Corrine Bailey Rae, Thundercat, and David Bowie. This band is an opportunity for students to enhance their musical skills, no matter the starting point-- from first timers to veterans, everyone is welcome! Since its creation last year, the Modern Music Ensemble has performed at various establishments, notably the Chevalier Theater and the Contemporary Creators Festival at MMEA. The group is constantly changing with new arrivals and graduating students, shaping the instrumentation and musical aesthetic of the group.
